In 2016, we began designing a logistics center for GALAN in Kobylanka near Szczecin, and in 2024, we had the pleasure of launching an expansion project for the existing facility for this investor. We are pleased that our clients are growing and returning to us for subsequent projects. This investment included the expansion of the existing warehouse building with service, office, and staff facilities, as well as the construction of a new warehouse and associated facilities. The scope of the expansion was so extensive that the project was divided into phases. Phase I of the expansion is currently underway.
