SKYGARDEN residential and commercial building for IDEA-INWEST Sp. z o.o. is an adaptation of a service building (former TVP Szczecin building) into an 18-storey apartment building. This investment includes the reconstruction, extension and change of use of the building as well as the construction of a free-standing multi-storey car park for passenger cars. Redevelopment of a 72-meter skyscraper in the city center is a real architectural challenge, working on the existing tissue requires extensive knowledge and design flexibility to reconcile the Investor’s vision with safe solutions and in accordance with the construction art.
