The distribution center of the Spanish company SKLUM is the largest facility we have designed to date. The project was completed at lightning speed, with a building permit obtained in 2025, and construction began in January of this year. This investor operates in the interior design industry and specializes in the distribution of furniture, decorative items, and accessories. The project primarily comprises a warehouse building with administrative and staff facilities. In addition, supporting facilities have also been designed. The total area of ​​the development site is nearly 20 hectares, with the built-up area accounting for approximately 50% of this area.
